Premo may share
personally identifiable information about you as follows:
Verification. For purchasers of paid Apps, Premo may share personally
identifiable information with Google for the purpose of verifying an
App purchase and with the developers of the paid Apps.
Transfers. Personally identifiable information may be shared by
Premo as part of a corporate business transaction, such as a merger
or acquisition of all or a portion of Premo’s business by another
company, or in the event of a joint venture, corporate reorganization,
financing or sale of Premo assets. Personal information may also be
shared in the event of insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which
personal information could be transferred to third parties as one of
the business assets in the transaction.

of their parent or guardian. Any parent or guardian of a child under

to Premo may request a description of the personally identifiable information
